The three Siblings in the story are Roberta, Peter and Phyllis. A spellbinding story to keep the readers engaged and amused. The curious brave act of the eldest one to solve the mystery of her father’s disappearance. The different incidents the children went through, the love and generosity, mother’s anger, giving and receiving help to strangers. The story moves in pace with introduction of each and every character at perfect time. But the young kids began to like the place discovering the hills and valleys, the railways and the canals. The new home is not as big and same as their home in London. Mother and the children move to a small cottage in the village. Father has to mysteriously leave the home. Life is combination of good and bad things. Their daily routine, mother’s love for writing and kids in action is something that prompts the reader curiosity to know more about their life.
